  • Creating the "Plates"

It's no secret that I'm probably the most artistically-challenged student in our class. I cannot draw, color, sketch, nor cut properly. Art isn't in my field. I'm more of a tech, coding and writing girl. That's why it didn't surprise me when I was facing a lot of difficulties while creating the plates. ( ヽ(`Д´)ノ ┻━┻ )

    Plate 2

Covering my drawing book was probably the easiest. All I had to do was cut (it doesn't matter if it's proper or not) and then paste. Cut, then paste. Not much work, there. Covering was kinda easy too. I had to ask my parents for help, though. I don't really know how to cover things. Ahaha... Aaanyway. It's pretty much easy to say that this was my favorite plate.

I like my cover very much!

    Plate 3

Designing the first page. I literally just cut letters and stuck them to the first page with no care. It doesn't really look attractive, even to me, but, well, when did anything I create ever become attractive? But oh well, at least I tried.

    I'm not satisfied, though.

    Plate 4

The actual cutting part made me frustrated the most. I cannot cut properly. My hands are all weird and clammy and it's just not made for art. To be frank, I am a disappointment. Jeez, I used to make origami back when I was in Cavite, but those didn't prepare me for cutting things. Nope. Rectangles are probably my only salvation. There was no pattern to it, and I just cut randomly. That shape was the only easy thing. Squares are a little challenging. I swear I was the only one who had a hard time making one. But in the end, I managed to make a nice pattern for the drawing book.
    Thank God for rectangles.
Circles were a little challenging. I kept cutting them wrong, or I accidentally make a flower, or maybe make it a little deformed. I was practically sobbing trying to cut them circles. They were tricky. Very. Tricky. Same goes with the stars (both 8, 5 and 4-pointed ) They were irritating, but when you get them right, it turns out wonderful.
What I feel whenever I cut circles and stars

    Plate 5

    One word: No.
Nononononono. This was really hard and it broke my heart, and my hopes and dreams and WOW IT IS SO HARD TO MAKE I CANNOT EVEN--
Don't try this. Ever. Just. Nonononononononono.
The difficulty of this thing makes me cry
